Larry Barber starting in the tower business in the year 2000. He began with tower vegetation management as a subcontractor and grew the company Larry Barber Enterprises, Inc. and expanded into Construction and Tower Lighting. Larry Barber is now a business partner of Obstruction Lighting Service, LLC.

 After working in the Cell Tower Industry for 4 years Charlie Turner founded this company in March of 2023 with the vision to train and create job opportunities for Tower Climbers all over the South East. With starting from the beginning and at the bottom, Mr. Turner excelled and was so invested in learning everything he could about the industry.

Amy Barber married into the industry with Mr. Larry Barber and has excelled in everything behind the scenes. Amy is proficient in accounting, safety, and HR services as well as many other tasks. She is our go-to woman on the job!

Ashlyn Barber is Charlie Turners sister and a partner in this journey of growth. Working in Tower Vegetation Management for 13 years with Mr. Turner she is now expanding her experience to Tower Climbing.
